• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research of user behavior and needs to identify key problems and opportunities.
• Propose pragmatic solutions and estimate their potential business impact.

• Design features that solve problems in a simple and elegant way, from wire-framing to designing end-to-end flows and prototypes, taking care of every small detail.
