We are looking for a Lead UX Designer!

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in UX Design, including 2 to 3 years in a Lead role (journey piloting, strategy) and will intervene to provide personalized, high-quality service to our clients on the following missions: 🪄

Your Profile:

Significant experience in user experience strategies.

The position is part of a multi-domain and cross-functional delivery model (Product, Business, Tech, Data, Ops). The Lead UX is responsible for UX consistency, delivery quality, and the application of standards (Design System).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vision Piloting: Ensure alignment between user needs, business objectives, and platform standards on structuring journeys.
  • UX Leadership: Functional coordination of designers, quality assurance, contribution to UX maturity with the teams.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

  • Journey Management / Service Design Expert.
  • End-to-end Product Design Expert.
  • Figma / Design System (Confirmed).
  • UX Research & Insight Operations (Confirmed).

Soft Skills:

  • Analytical mindset and synthesis skills.
  • Functional leadership (coaching, demanding).
  • Impact orientation (user value / business performance).
  • Diplomacy and excellent communication (align and influence without authority).

Expected Qualifications:

  • Mastery of deliverables: macro-journeys, experience maps, service blueprints, user flows, IA, prototyping.
  • Ability to drive a "data-informed UX" approach (KPIs, analytics).
  • Mastery of facilitation (multi-stakeholder workshops).
  • Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and web standards.

Expected Deliverables:

  • UX vision framework & macro-journeys.
  • UX performance piloting & measurement plan.
