Ekimetrics, a pioneering leader in data science and AI-powered solutions for sustainable business performance, is seeking an IT Administrator to join our New York office.

- Duration: 18-month VIE (Volunteer for International Experience) program
Your Responsibilities
- Support the overall operations and maintenance of our computers fleet under Windows 11, Office 365 suite, Intune, and Azure.
- Prepare and install computers using Intune deployment.
- Assist users on a daily basis.
- Track incidents from the ticket management tool.
- Track stock status.
- Manage suppliers and stakeholders.
- Manage the IT aspects of the relocation of our New York office.
- Actively participate in various global projects, including continuous improvement of Microsoft Intune MDM & Windows 11 deployments, Azure projects in the Cloud, and global issues of system and network security requirements.
About You
- Graduate in Engineering School or Master's in Computer Science, MIAGE.
- Fluent in English and able to write documentation in English.
- Good knowledge level in Windows desktops, networks, ideally with experience on the Azure cloud.
- Autonomous and proactive, able to lead IT projects.
- Rigorous in your job, with practical and organizational skills.
- Comfortable communicating with direct work environment, customers, or suppliers.
The Conditions for Undertaking a VIE
- Age: At least 18 but not yet 29 when starting the assignment.
- Nationality: French or European citizen.
- Good standing with regard to national service obligations.
- Clean criminal record.
- Full-time commitment to the assignment.
- Acceptance of the letter of appointment outlining rights and duties during the assignment.
