Responsibilities:

• 🔎 Analyze Business Needs: Collaborate with business departments to understand existing processes and identify automation opportunities. Formalize information in tools like Miro and Notion.

• 🛠️ Design and Development: Use no-code platforms (Make, Zapier, AirTable) to design and develop automation solutions. Ensure adherence to best practices defined by the Business Technology team.

• 🧪 Technical and Functional Testing: Assist business teams in thorough testing to ensure automation functions properly and meets requirements.

• 🎓 Training and Support: Provide training to end-users on implemented solutions. Offer ongoing support to resolve issues and optimize workflows.

• 💡 Technology Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest no-code automation trends and propose continuous improvements.

Requirements:

• 💻 Experience with no-code automation platforms (Make, Zapier, AirTable, etc.)
• 🤝 Strong collaboration and communication skills
• 🤓 Problem-solving and analytical mindset
• 📚 Understanding of business processes and optimization techniques
• 🛠️ Familiarity with project management methodologies
• 🌍 Fluent in French (written and spoken)
