💼 Job Offer: Network & Security Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

As part of the managed services team, under the responsibility of the Network & Security Support Manager, you will be responsible for handling and monitoring complex incidents for our clients, with the support of a team of around thirty technical staff.

You will work on various infrastructures in your field of expertise:

• Security: Fortinet, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, etc.
• Network: Cisco, Extreme Networks, Aruba, Ucopia, etc.

Missions:

As a future expert in LAN/Wi-Fi or security, your missions will include:

• Intervening on our clients' infrastructures on-site or remotely to resolve incidents
• Writing incident reports and technical analyses
• Collaborating with our publisher/manufacturer partners
• Supporting support and operations technician teams in their skills development
