• Your Project Partner: A Lead Project Manager
• Your Direct Reports: 1 to 4 Tech Leads, depending on the projects

✨ Your Missions ✨

• Manage & Develop Tech Leads: You will guide and support 1 to 4 Tech Leads in their skill development and professional growth.
• Ensure Technical Delivery: You will guarantee code quality (3S: stability, security, speed), milestone adherence, and architectural robustness.
• Contribute to Business Development: You will participate in strategic discussions with our clients (CIOs, sponsors, etc.), help identify opportunities, and be an active participant in pre-sales activities with our sales team.

Medium-Term Evolution (1-2 years):

• Managerial: VP Tech or Group Technical Manager
