💼 Data Analyst Intern 👨‍💻

We're seeking a talented Data Analyst intern to join our R&D department and tackle three key challenges:

Internal Optimization 📈

• Empower teams with clear, reliable, and comprehensive data.
• Boost sales team impact through lead scoring to match leads with the right salesperson.
• Collaborate with the CSM team to identify early indicators of potential customer loss.
• Gain insights into customer usage patterns, including process mining, to personalize and simplify our platform.
• Conduct a market study using public and internal data to build a business plan.

Product Work 🛠️

• Analyze purchasing behaviors of end customers to help them understand their user base.
• Develop a feature to predict cancellation rates of athletes for classes, enabling theoretical overbooking.
• Create a feature to predict final fill rates of classes and suggest dynamic pricing to studios.

Strategic Management 📊

• Define and implement metrics at various levels, globally and by team.

Our Tech Stack ⚙️

• Datalake consolidating all available data.
• Functional data pipeline (Airflow) on AWS infrastructure.
• Well-integrated visualization tools like Metabase for optimal project launches.

Collaboration and Supervision 🤝

• Direct supervision by the Lead Data.
• Collaboration with team managers, including the CDO, Head of Sales, Head of CSM, and future COO.
