🚀 **Role: Product Designer - BeReal** 🚀

BeReal's product team is a small group of high-performers reporting directly to the CEO. We operate at the intersection of data science, engineering, design, and operations. Each team member is expected to be highly autonomous and skilled across multiple areas, identifying opportunities, designing high-impact solutions, driving implementation, and assessing results.

🔍 **Responsibilities:**

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research of user behavior and needs to identify key problems and opportunities.
• Propose pragmatic solutions and estimate their business impact.
• Contribute to prioritizing initiatives.
• Design features that solve problems in a simple and elegant way, taking care of every small detail, from wire-framing to designing end-to-end flows and prototypes.
• Identify key metrics your solutions should improve and take ownership for achieving success.
• Implement, test, and iterate with the technical team.
• Contribute to building and improving our design system.

• You're passionate about scaling social consumer apps.
• You're plugged into GenZ's drives and desires, obsessed with understanding user needs in detail.
• You're highly driven, autonomous, and results-oriented.
• You can both hack together a quick prototype and implement a scalable design system.
• You love making delightful features but are also super pragmatic about having a substantial business impact.
• You understand the technical implications of your design decisions.
• You are fluent in English.
