Within the Betting Integrity department, your role will be to meticulously monitor and enforce the rules established by the platform. By ensuring rigorous application of these rules, you will directly contribute to maintaining fairness and probity in the field of sports betting.
📝 JOB DESCRIPTION 📝
You will be responsible for:
- Analyzing player profiles and betting patterns in sports betting.
- Detecting and monitoring accounts and bets of a fraudulent nature.
- Managing customer relations with a specific category of players regarding fraud issues.
- Handling Integrity emails and chats.
- Managing associated financial transactions.
But also:
- Participating in the evolution of internal tools.
- Contributing to the development of reports and working documents for authorities/legal bodies.
🌟 PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🌟
Beyond an obvious interest in sports betting (knowledge and personal practice), your two greatest qualities are reliability and discretion.
Qualities and skills required for this position:
- Customer service orientation and high integrity.
- Enjoy working in a team.
- Analytical skills and extreme rigor.
- Active listening and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English, as well as another language like Spanish or German, is a big plus!
🗓️ JOB DETAILS 🗓️
- Position available as a full-time permanent contract (35h/week) exclusively. Starting January 1, 2026, a schedule with an amplitude from Monday to Sunday will be implemented and will apply to the entire department.
- 4-day work week.
- Work location: Paris intra-muros.
- Start date: ASAP.
- Compensation based on profile.
- Excluded work arrangements: part-time, freelance, student jobs, apprenticeship contracts.
