System Administrator 💻

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and deploy new systems in accordance with processes (Checklist, CAB, patch management).
• Optimize and exploit the IT infrastructure and continue to manage systems and applications.
• Monitor, tune system & applications performance and resolution of incidents following alerts.
• Participate in asset management.
• Ensure that backups are working properly.
• Ensure the link between production, clients, and IT teams.
• Connect with clients. Ensure fast project setup between the client's team and our own team (System/network/security questionnaire).
• Licenses management.
• Complete security review and help ensure ISO 27001.
• Provide helpdesk service to users in accordance with the SLA.
• Provide quality documentation (DAT, SOP, User guides).
