Autumn season QCM ranking: information & rules.

We meet again as usual for the start of the start of autumn season QCM ranking !
But first, congratulations to Maxime Javaux who won the first prize: the Zone Vibe 100 headset from Logitech. Then there were El Mostafa Fadili, Axel Nalesso and Léonard Dallot who also won a month’s unlimited subscription to the ENI digital library. Yes, we’re even giving away the TOP 4 🤗

Now that we’ve congratulated everyone, participants we see you 💙 we congratulate you too !
Time for the rules !

What is the technical test ranking?

Every season, we set up a challenge aimed at tech profiles (developers among others, but also more “functional” profiles like project managers).

To take part, all you have to do is take part in our technical tests and/or contribute to the questions on the platform ! The ranking is updated 4 times a day, and can be found here.

The aim is to get as many points as possible, with a nice gift for the first place and other prizes !

How do you earn points ?

By taking tests

Each time you take a quiz, your answers are compared with those of other users, using a well-known chess algorithm (glicko). And your score is compared with those of others. If you score Top 10%, your score is better than 90% of other users. A medal then appears in the table on your profile based on the score.

🥇 Gold medal for Top 5% for 40 points
🥈 Silver medal for Top 20% for 20 points
🥉 Bronze medal for Top 40% for 10 points

Contributing to the improvement of our tests

You can also earn points by contributing to the WeLoveDevs experience !

  • Send questions via our form (contact us if you want to propose a new test). Each question validated by a moderator will earn you :
10 points if it contains at least 5 lines of code.
5 points for all other questions.
  • By voting for existing questions and adding a comment to justify your vote.
3 points for each relevant vote validated by a moderator. A vote is relevant if it detects an anomaly in the question or justifies its relevance in a professional context.
  • By joining our team of moderators. To apply to become a moderator, please contact us at yourfriends@welovedevs.com.
2 points for each validated question or vote.

To ensure that everyone has a chance of winning, we’re limiting the number of contribution points to a maximum of 400 !
