We are a team dedicated to designing, developing, maintaining, and improving software for various ventures projects. These are projects adjacent to our core businesses, bootstrapped quickly with lean teams. You will be actively involved in designing components for scalable applications, from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.
As a Senior Full-stack Developer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end software lifecycle for these new ventures. You'll have the opportunity to shape architectural decisions and implement innovative solutions.
🚀 Responsibilities 🚀
- Full-stack development, including proposing architectural decisions, participating in designs, design reviews, code reviews, and implementing products that connect Crypto.com with developers and end-users.
- Develop prototypes for new ideas generated by you and the team.
- Take ownership of your projects. We embrace new technologies, and you'll have the freedom to experiment.
- Identify and resolve complex issues within large-scale backend infrastructure and mobile platforms.
- Manage documentation for all implemented code and functionalities.
- Collaborate closely with DevOps and mobile engineers to enhance our tech stack for long-term engineering initiatives.
💡 Requirements 💡
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
- A passion for building high-quality products that solve real-world problems.
- Experienced with various technologies, self-motivated, a fast learner, and possess a "get things done" mentality.
- Humble, open to new ideas, eager to improve, and receptive to challenges and possibilities.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage conflicting stakeholder requirements.
- Understanding of Blockchain technology is a plus.
- Proficiency in handling scalability, security, and performance.
- Experience with mobile development (iOS/Android) is an advantage (e.g., Swift, Java, Kotlin).
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks and technologies (e.g., React.js, Vue.js, Mobx, Redux).
- Knowledge of server-side programming languages (e.g., Golang, Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java).
