**🌟YOUR ROLE WILL BE : **

As a Mid Backend Engineer, you will join a multidisciplinary and multicultural product team (back, front, QA engineers, product owners, UX/UI designers...). You will be part of a growing product team (more than 50 people) both organizationally and structurally.

🌟YOUR MISSION WILL BE:

- Deliver **high quality, tested** and **maintainable code** 🏅
- **Build new features and challenge specs** in coordination with the product team
- **Maintain our high level of quality** through strong testing methodologies, documentation, pairing and learning
- **Be solution driven** and challenge the specs, choices of architecture 🚀
- **Share your knowledge and learning** (peer programming, onboarding...)

🌟YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF:

- You have 4+ years of experience as Backend engineer with ruby or at least a good experience with this language
- Tests have no more secrets for you and you know how to use them properly
- You have good knowledge of relational oriented databases
- You are familiar with terms like tracing and logging
- You have a passion for code quality, performance and overall development best practices
- You are curious and not afraid to explore outside of your comfort zone
- You like to collaborate with different profiles and professions
- You are organized and solution driven
- You have a great oral and written communication in English 🇺🇸

🌟NICE TO HAVE...

- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience in document oriented databases like Elasticsearch
- Good knowledge in micro-services architectures
- Experience with another language like Golang
- Comfortable with DevOps aspects
- Open-source contributions

🌟RECRUITMENT PROCESS

- **A 60 min video-call with our Lead Backend** to better understand your career plan and answer any of your questions
- **A fully remote exercise** to evaluate your hard skills (we swear, it's not one week of work)
- **A 30 min video-call with our Lead Backend** and another person to review your exercise and help you project yourself in the company
- **A 30 min video-call with our Head of Human Resources** to better know you and answer any of your questions at this stage of the process
- **A Final video-call** with our VP of engineering and/or CEO/COO

🚀Our recruitment process lasts max 10 working days and we can deliver an offer 48 hours after the final interview
